The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox for hello@dimnook.com — and peek in spam/promotions, where our emails occasionally hide like a ghost between books.

2. Check your account

If you checked out with an account, every order and its tracking live at your order history.

3. Still in the dark?

Write to us via the contact page or at hello@dimnook.com with your order number, and a real person will chase it down within one business day.

Good to know: U.S. orders ship tracked, and shipping is free over $50.
